FAITH
Families And Individuals Transitional Housing: It is not enough to simply provide medical treatment to Persons Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Most PLWHA also need housing and supportive services in order to fully participate in their communities, maintain their overall health, and adhere to their medication regimens. Our program recognizes that many faith institutions assist unhoused families and individuals during the most vulnerable times of their lives. We will offer direct referrals, assist with short term solutions and partner with sustainable housing programs.

HOPE
HIV Outreach, Prevention and Education: Without a cure for HIV/AIDS prevention and education remain the fundamental components to reducing the rate of new infections. We offer onsite group training that can be adapted for a specified audience (e.g. youth, women, single or seniors), while working within the set limitations of a faith institution’s belief. Our program provides basic, up-to-date and accurate information coordinated with local community-based organizations and health departments.

LOVE
Linking Outside Venue Efforts: Navigation of HIV/AIDS services can be tedious and overwhelming for those newly diagnoses or out of care. Our program assists local faith institutions by improving linkage to existing AIDS service organizations (ASO), community base organizations (CBO) and health departments that offer resources to persons living with, affected by or at risk for HIV/AIDS, which produce effective collaborations, partnerships and supportive referrals.
